You may not post content that is illegal, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, harassing, violent, sexual, defamatory, spam, or that impersonates other people. There is no tolerance for such content or for the users who post it: the content is removed and the account may be suspended or deleted without prior notice.
On any issue or comment, tap «⋯» → Report to alert moderation, or Block user to stop seeing their content immediately. Content reported by several people is hidden automatically until it is reviewed. The moderation team reviews reports and acts within a maximum of 24 hours, removing the content and expelling the author where appropriate.
If we remove your content or restrict your account, we will tell you why, in line with Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act). If you disagree, write to us and we will review it.

In each issue's library you can upload documents (PDF, photos, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; up to 10 MB) and links. Only upload what is yours or publicly usable, say where it comes from if you know, and do not upload other people's personal data. What you upload is visible to everyone, also after the vote. Anyone can report it («⋯» → Report) and the moderation team can remove it.
Your vote is secret. Your ballot is encrypted on your device and sent without your identity; the system records that you voted, not how you voted. The result is obtained by adding up the encrypted ballots without opening them one by one, and anyone can check on the public bulletin board that their ballot is included. Today the tally keys are held by the service operator; we are distributing them among independent custodians.
You are responsible for your password and for what you post. In the app, under «Your session», you can Download my data (JSON file) and Delete my account at any time. Deleting it erases your identity immediately, your contributions become anonymous and your supports are deleted; ballots already cast remain in the tally without identity. Sfera Civitas does not use artificial intelligence systems to process your data or within the platform.
If we change these terms we will publish the new version with its date and, if the change is significant, we will let you know in the app.
